About Cheri 
Cheri Strange is a vibrant Christian women’s speaker and Christian author. Having accepted Jesus as Savior and Lord as a small child, she grew up in a firm foundation of Biblical Truth. This foundation was built upon through early adulthood as she learned to seek the Lord daily and grow through Bible study. While completing her education, trying to juggle work, motherhood, and service, Cheri felt God calling her to write and speak. Having no time to focus on this during daylight hours, she began heeding the call to write in her “free” time (i.e., the wee hours of the night). What developed through this gift of time with the Lord was a penetrating desire to live out the greatest commandment: to love the Lord with all her heart, with all her soul, and all her strength, whatever the cost.
Today, Cheri is passionate about living life out of a single focus: to be wholeheartedly His. With refreshing honesty mixed with humor, Cheri is able to communicate even challenging topics of our day to women in manner that is understandable and engaging. Her speaking and writing are penetrating as well as practical.
Cheri Strange holds a Ph.D. from Baylor University and two degrees from Hardin Simmons University. Currently, her first Bible study is awaiting publication. She has been married for 18 years to the love of her life on this planet, Chad; and is the mother of four daughters. The Strange family resides in Central Texas with their four dogs and cat. When Cheri is not writing, teaching or speaking, or playing with her girls, she loves to run and ride roller coasters.
